Australian Commercial Maintenance is fully ISO certified, with recognised systems for environmental management, quality management and occupational health and safety. Our certifications include ISO 14001 Environmental Management, ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety, supporting consistent standards across our cleaning, maintenance and site operations.

Our integrated management systems help us maintain reliable processes, current policies and documented procedures for both staff and clients. These systems support safer worksites, stronger quality control and a consistent approach to service delivery across commercial cleaning, facility maintenance and public asset cleaning projects.

Most ACM employees hold relevant certificates, licences and clearances, including:

• First Aid certification
• Construction Industry White Card
• High Risk Work Licence for boom lift operations
• Current Police Checks
• Working with Children Checks

ACM also has qualified and experienced traffic controllers on staff, giving us additional capability for works near roads, footpaths, public access areas and busy sites. With access to VicRoads-compliant vehicles and traffic management planners, we can support safe worksites, pedestrian management and traffic management when required.
